California Nouvelle looks to the Northern California coast. In collaboration with The Sea Ranch Lodge, the menu draws from the Sea Ranch Farm garden, featuring preserved and fermented ingredients—including shiro dashi pickled turnips, lacto-fermented sauerkraut, and herb vinegar made from Sea Ranch-grown botanicals—paired with the season's best produce from Northern California.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with five of Ashes & Diamonds' wines, creating a dialogue between garden, ocean, and vineyard. Enjoy the carefully curated A&D Member Picnic while gazing at the rolling grass berms of Ashes & Diamonds. This is a seated bottle-service experience in which the A&D culinary team provides your picnicking snacks, including curated local cheeses with our A&D Sourdough Focaccia, seasonal chips and house-made dips and other picnic accoutrements.
