Expect rare aged cheeses, like a 24-month Comté or a decadent triple crème Brie from Champagne, accompanied by 50-year balsamic vinegar, black truffle butter and house-made focaccia. This experience lasts 75-90 minutes.

This month’s menu, California Nouvelle – Summer Edition, brings back a fan favorite: the A&D Pork Chop. After all, what says summer in California more than meat over charcoal?
Begin with warm sourdough focaccia and cultured butter spiked with schmaltz, followed by the best of Tenbrink Farms’ summer fruit, adorned with housemade farmer’s cheese and fig leaf vinaigrette. Tender summer lettuces with California avocado and sharp miso-buttermilk vinaigrette lead into grilled summer squash with sunflower seed and mint gremolata.
The centerpiece is a perfectly grilled Klingeman Family Farms pork chop, lacquered with fennel oil and accompanied by sweet-and-savory date mustard.
Each dish is crafted with ingredients sourced directly from local farms, showcasing the abundance of Northern California at the height of the season. This prix-fixe menu is designed to be enjoyed as a whole; therefore, no substitutions are available. If you have any food allergies, please contact our concierge with any questions.
