ASHES & DIAMONDS’ Chardonnay takes a novel, proprietary approach to this noble grape variety. Harvested from select vineyards in Napa Valley, this wine was fermented with a small amount of skin contact resulting in a “golden” hue that sits on a spectrum between orange and white. This unique wine is richly flavored, dancing between sweet cider and quince, but balanced with bright, crunchy citrus flavors and a minerality akin to wet river rocks. Vinified with zero additions, Ashes & Diamonds’ Chardonnay is at once regal and full of verve, bearing exhilarating, floral aromatics—an emblematic example of pure, living wines.
